When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). 3. Contact and enquiry form
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, company, email, phone, interest, message) exclusively to handle your enquiry and to initiate a membership or cooperation (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Fonts
The fonts used on this website (Josefin Sans, Open Sans) are hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google or other third-party servers is established when the page is accessed.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) – only if you have given consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics 4 truncates IP addresses and does not store full IP addresses. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Usage data is retained for 14 months. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, key ibc_consent) so that the banner does not reappear.
6. Transfer to third countries
The operator is based in Morocco. Morocco has not been recognised by the EU Commission as a country with an adequate level of data protection. Your enquiry data is transferred on the basis of pre-contractual measures (Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR).
